Completed “VOTE BY MAIL” BALLOTS or “ABSENTEE” BALLOTS must be *received* (NOT POST-MARKED) by your county election office by *8PM on TUESDAY, november 4.
EMERGENCY ABSENTEE BALLOTS MAY BE OBTAINED AFTER the october 28 deadline, if qualified. to request an Emergency Absentee Ballot, contact your county’s Board of Elections Office or the Pennsylvania Department of State.
